My work isn't the typical 9 to 5 work time so I miss a lot of the shows I like.
I caught up with The Amazing Race and can't wait for this Friday's finale. I am rooting for the Surfers and the Candy Girls to win the race. The Surfers gives this positive vibes, that I for one would like in my life. I don't see that they fight much and notice that they understand each other. Really just a good feeling and I really hope that they'd be together ufor a long long time. Bethany's already pretty impressive, being able to adapt with her environment. She climbed, did puzzles, crossed a very shakey bridge and etc. with only an arm most of us will either whine and or give up. The Candy Girls, well they're my nerds. And Maya is just a ball of energy, she's somewhat related to the Powerpuff girls. Usually, the East Coast see the result first I would be camping Twitter to see who won.
Now this one won't be a spoiler since the finale been aired a couple of days ago. I really like watching Junior MasterChef well because its a show with a bunch of impressive kids who can cook beyond their years. The final two is between Logan and Samuel. The latter is known for his upscale and sophisticated menu well the other in my opinion is not only adventurous in the kitchen but his menu relates with the masses. I was surprised who won the competition. Logan is it usually the front runner but has been upping his game and slowly rising to the top. while Samuel has been at the top most of the time . during the cook off they both showed skills , complicated techniques don't you usually see kids their age do, such imaginations and brave souls to take such risks. Knowing a bit you can guess that Samuel has the probability on his side. But then it was really impressive that Logan won. What I think that made Logan successful was that he didn't overthink his menu and stick to what he knows. Yes he did some risks but it's paid off. He's branzino didn't look appealing to me but once it was opened you can see how moist the fish was and it became mouth watering to me then. Samuel's menu looked appealing but wasn't much impressed except for the Panna cotta. Congrats to Logan. I hope all the kids on that show continue their culinary dreams.
The one I got really excited about the Sing off but was sad to learn that it was only for one night, I cried. One thing I like about the show is you see the progress of the groups as the show goes along. Of course the first is to impress, but you see more of their differences and style and see who have the chance to succeed. And of course the eargasm and ear bleed along the way. I was really impressed with SanFran6 and The Exchange. I have a inkling that if the show continues they have a higher probability to win, but congrats to the Mealdores. To be the first collegiate acapella group to win.
