First of all, I'm not a cook. Whenever I try to make something, usually it's a 50/50 chance that it would turn out right.
We
had some left over honey baked ham, and the middle part of it tasted
bland. Chopped it into little pieces, sauteed it with little oil in a
pan and added mango juice (more of like a smoothie in consistency o.o)
and sugar. Ended up tasting nice :D
Now, chief (my dad) bought some pork chops
for dinner. :D Now then time to poke the pineapple juice and make a
marinade (and later sauce) out of it. xD!!! Added (yet again) sugar and
some soy sauce with it. Hopefully it ends up tasting okay again.
Hahaha!!! I feel like an semi-evil scientist.

The pineapple juice should make those chops nice and tender~! Mmmm~ Lemme know how it turns out!
It turned out well actually.
I did 2 erm methods (I guess) first was after marinating it I fried it as is and the other was cooking it with the marinade.
Like I said I'm not even a cook though for the first one I didn't wait hours for the flavor to seep in but it tasted okay. I would recommend to have it marinating overnight. If you can't wait, the second one I did worked too. I boiled/cooked it with the juice. Though it cooked a bit slower but the flavor seeped in to the meat and it was tasty even without any other condiments imho :3
Happy cooking~
