Book peeves

So again from the previous post about Kindle Unlimited and Nook. I don't know how the Kindle works but I'm guessing at least the author gets something from their books being borrowed, but buying it outright ebook or paperback I guess they get more from it (???), maybe.
Anyway one of the few things I like about the ebook borrowing from Kindle is connected to my pet peeve regarding how the story is written.
For those who do read, you know that there are different types or something like that on how the author write the story. I'm not really a fan of the his or her view type where the character narrates the whole chapter. It kinda annoys me at times so knowing that the book is written that way I don't waste money and just return/don't read the book at all.
Sometimes (or maybe most of the times) I don't really like simpering heroines... they don't sound much of a heroines to me but useless characters xD! I don't mind damsels in distress but not weak and stupid. X.x that after reading 1 or 2 chapters, if ever I do have the paperback I would return it. Thankfully some ebooks offer the first chapters to read.
Ah and because my thought are disorganized atm I'll jump to the fact that because of the books I'm ruined to any man hahaha!!!
Yes I know they're just books but it makes me sad that they're not real and if ever there are men like them... zomgah where are they hiding?
With that I go start reading again xD
