So I got my eval for half of the clinicals & as far as everything goes, I'm satisfactory. Well I do too myself, I still think that there is still a room for me to learn.
For some reason or another this weeks rotation was interesting. Yet again I got some *coughs* special people in my care. Thankfully one of them got discharged on the first day so I don't have her on the second day. Sorry but really =/ it takes too much time with her when you have other patients to take care of. Which got me reprimanded I guess when I need to give meds with one of the patients & I don't have my meds and my tubing ready.
I redeemed myself today with having all my stuff ready by the time she gets to me. Unfortunately nerves kicked in & while I was doing it with her I get distracted easily & was stumbling with my tubings. I was telling my nurse the same thing because when I was with her, everything was going smoothly. Bah, I guess when someone's grading you is watching you, yea you get shaky & all that. It's a good thing that patient I'm passing meds with my instructor isn't bitchy. =P
I dunno why we can't do it with the nurses since it takes time with her. LOL! JK I know she wants to see us "safe". Everything here has to be safe.
Next week hopefully would be much better.
Now time for some nap & AGT later~ Final Four!!!
